ADA Accommodations

The Fountain Blues & Brews Festival takes place at Plaza de Cesar Chavez in downtown San Jose (S. Market Street), a location well-suited for ADA access. The main stage is at the northwest end of the Plaza, with a broad, level concrete corridor running perpendicular to it for ADA attendees. The front section of this corridor is open for dancing and close-up viewing. Just behind that, there’s space for seated viewing with excellent sound quality. Further south, the corridor offers shade from trees while maintaining good views and sound.

The Plaza includes curb cuts, paved ADA walkways, and two on-site ADA-accessible port-a-potties. Public transportation nearby also has ADA accommodations.

The VIP area sits on level grass and is reached by paved walkways. While mostly shaded, its best viewing spots are on grass, and there are no ADA sanitation facilities inside the VIP section.

Light Rail or Buses

Skip the hassle of parking – ride VTA Bus Line 522, 523, 66, 68, or VTA Green & Blue Line.
