Walter Trout

June 15 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

About the Artist

Walter Trout stands among the greatest living blues-rock guitarists, known for his fiery fretwork,
soulful vocals, and emotionally charged songwriting. With a career that spans over 50 years,
Trout first made his mark playing alongside blues icons like John Lee Hooker, Big Mama
Thornton, and Canned Heat, before stepping into the spotlight as a member of John Mayall’s
Bluesbreakers. Since launching his solo career in 1989, he has released a string of critically
acclaimed albums, earning widespread praise and multiple honors from the Blues Music Awards,
British Blues Awards, and beyond.

A survivor in every sense—having battled personal demons, health crises, and the ever-evolving
music industry—Trout brings a rare depth and authenticity to his live shows. His recent work
showcases an artist still in creative overdrive, crafting music that speaks to the fractures of the
world while holding fiercely to hope and idealism. Whether bending strings into wails of anguish
or whispering intimate truths, Walter Trout remains a vital force in blues and rock, delivering
performances that are as cathartic as they are unforgettable.
